Anna is a PA student from Texas. She’s also a mother of two boys, both under 10 years old. For three years, she applied to PA programs before finally getting accepted to a PA school in San Antonio, almost three hours away from her home. “I knew it would be hard,” she says, “but I could not lose this opportunity. I was one of the 45 students accepted out of 1,800 applicants, and I needed to figure out how to make it work.” Anna has a great support system through her husband and her mother.
