Emergency Department Physician Assistant
At Woodhull Medical Center, the Department of Emergency Medicine (affiliated with NYU Langone Medical Center) is dedicated to exceptional patient care, cutting-edge scientific research and outstanding medical education.
We are recruiting an exceptional Physician Assistant to join our team of professionals to monitor and manage patient needs. Successful candidates will be BE/BC in Emergency Medicine or BC in Internal Medicine with at least two years of ED experience. Our ED treats approximately 105,000 patients annually with separate fast track and pediatric areas in addition to a 10 bed observation unit. We are well equipped with ultrasound and CT within the ED. Excellent nursing support, specialty backup and resident rotators exist throughout the department. A separately staffed and managed Psychiatric Emergency Department is on site as well.
