NP / PA Neurosurgery Baltimore MD

What You Will Do:

Join a team of residents and advanced practice providers (APP's) on a very busy Neurosurgical team. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care on patients with complex Neurological Disease. Establish an autonomous role in caring for these patients throughout their hospital course. Work with a multidisciplinary team to help facilitate a patients course and prepare them for hospital discharge through education, communication, and continued management. Be a part of a very dynamic team of experienced APP's, residents at all levels of training and Attending Physicians to ensure comprehensive care to our patient population.

What You Need to Be Successful:

A Master of Science degree, with completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program. Registered and currently recorded with the Maryland Board of Nursing, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the area of specialization. A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
