Nurse Practitioner

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner to work in our growing medical practice. The successful candidate will be able to spend time with patients and also work independently, collaborating with our staff to provide the best possible care. A successful Nurse Practitioner will possess exceptional people skills, a high level of communication ability, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality healthcare services. The candidate will be covering two nursing facilities, and will have the option of working in the outpatient office.

Responsibilities:

Perform medical exams and routine medical procedures such as diagnosing and treating patients, writing prescriptions.
Treat patients over the age of 65
Provide preventive care to help keep patients healthy.
Advise patients about medications and diet.
Identify health risks.
