Qualifications

License & Certifications

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and

Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or

Nurse Practitioner (AANP) certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration, and

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.

Education
Master's Degree in Nursing.

Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others.Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
