Schedule varies. Would be staffing both Franklin and Downtown Urgent Care along with ability to staff at other urgent care sites. One weekend shift in 4 weeks and one holiday a year.

All other sites - week Days 12pm-8pm; weekends 10am-2pm

Franklin site - week days 10am-6:30pm; weekends 8am-4pm

Qualifications

Experience
Licenses & Certifications
Physician Assistant license issued by the state in which the caregiver practices.

Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification issued by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the caregiver practices, and

Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license issued by the state of Wisconsin, and

Nurse Practitioner (AANP) certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), or

Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and

Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration issued by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration, and

Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May obtain within 6 months based on department discretion.

Degrees
Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant.
Master's Degree in Nursing.

Required Functional Experience

Typically requires 2 years of experience in providing and coordinating care for patients with acute, critical and chronic health conditions as a nurse practitioner.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Maintains 85% of practice within an urgent care setting.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment while managing multiple demands.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others.Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
