The successful physician assistant will be responsible for providing assessments and education as well as co-managing patients admitted under the Perioperative Surgical Home (PSH). The ideal candidate will be the point person for implementing the entire perioperative care process, collaborating with other health care professionals, maintaining continuity of care, coordinating community services and assisting with special projects.
