Summary of Position
Work in collaboration with the supervising physician to provide a comprehensive health assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan for individuals with chronic pain conditions.
• Perform follow-up history and physical examination
• Render treatment to patients in Clinic, including but not limited to:
• Joint and trigger point injections,
• Possible Botox injections for migraine headaches
• Complete appropriate charting:
• H&P’s
• Progress notes
• Discharges
• Medicine & miscellaneous orders
• Order appropriate tests with supervising physician corroboration
• Collect and Interpret Lab Tests
• X-rays
• MRI’s
• Other Diagnostic Tests
• Suggest scheduled (II – V) Medications for Patients With Supervising Physician Corroboration
• Perform call duties as per the supervising physician
• Other duties as assigned by physician and / or supervisor

Qualifications:
• Graduate from accredited PA/ARNP Program
• Current State of Florida license to practice as P.A.
• Minimum One (1) year experience as Pain Management mid-level provider in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Current CPR Basic Certification
• Ability to be credentialed at area hospitals
