SMS messaging
Provider Matching does not send SMS. No text message is sent by any part of this platform today. This page describes how consent will work when SMS is introduced, so the terms are visible before anything is collected.
How consent will work
- SMS will be strictly opt-in. Nothing is sent unless you affirmatively agree.
- Consent is recorded with the phone number, the exact wording and version you agreed to, the timestamp, and where the consent was given.
- You may withdraw consent at any time; the withdrawal is recorded with its own timestamp.
- Message and data rates may apply. Frequency depends on your own activity — application updates, messages and interview reminders.
- Consent to SMS is never a condition of using Provider Matching, applying to a job, or being considered for a role.
What we will never do
- Send marketing messages to a number collected for transactional updates.
- Share or sell your phone number.
- Treat a number you gave us for account recovery as consent to message you.
